Our process.
Evaluate & Correct.
After reviewing your violation, plans will be drafted to correct the violations. We will apply for a permit from the municipality and revise the project plans if necessary. Once required permits are granted, work will commence to correct the violations.
Review.
Throughout the process, we will invite an authorized inspector to review and approve the work.
Complete.
Only by passing ALL inspections will the violations be deemed cured by the municipality. A written confirmation will be provided for each phase and upon the completion of the project, a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued. This will serve as final confirmation that all violations are removed and the property is "free" to the homeowner to occupy or sell.
